OUR VARIETIES

GALA

Gala apples have thin yellow to orange skin with light red highlights. Their flesh is dense, crisp and creamy yellow with a mild sweet flavor.

RUBYMAC

RubyMac is a medium sized strain of McIntosh that consistently has more red color. The fruit has a great tart, sweet balance and makes excellent sauce.

HONEYCRISP

Known for its honey-sweet balanced flavor and beautiful appearance, this is a crowd favorite without a doubt.

CRIMSON CRISP

One of our favorite new varieties. This apple is a beautiful deep red with a characteristic yellow blush and creamy white flesh. It's flavor is richly sweet with a slight tart finish.

GOLDEN DELICIOUS

As the name would suggest, this apple is golden and can have a red blush. When fully ripe, this traditionally sweet apple develops a slightly spicy flavor that has been it's claim to fame. We highly recommend this apple for apple sauce and apple butter.

LUDACRISP

This fun new red variety has a crisp flesh that is full of juicy tropical flavors. Its unique flavor is more often compared to tropical fruit than its fellow apple varieties.

ENTERPRISE

A red apple with a pleasant sweet, tart flavor. This is one of our recommended cooking apples. It's flavor pairs extremely well with cinnamon and other fall flavors.

EVERCRISP

One of our favorite eating apples of the year, Evercrisp gets its name from it's ability to remain crisp for an incredible length of time. It boasts a delightfully sweet flavor with a signature tang.

BRAEBURN

This apple is known for having a "perfect" balance of sweet and tart flavors. If you're searching for a high quality eating apple that isn't super sweet, this is our recommendation.

AZTEC FUJI

This large, thin skinned Fuji variety has the same characteristic crisp texture and sweet flavor.

PINK LADY

Pink lady apples are well known for their unique sweet and tangy flavor that delivers a "zip" of tartness.

ARKANSAS BLACK

Known for it's extremely dark skin, this sweet and tart variety is great for fresh eating and cider making.
